Hội nghị đã tập trung đánh giá kết quả thực hiện nhiệm vụ năm học 2025–2026; kiểm điểm việc thực hiện đường lối, chủ trương của Đảng, chính sách, pháp luật của Nhà nước, trách nhiệm của người đứng đầu và việc thực hiện quy chế dân chủ; thảo luận các giải pháp nâng cao chất lượng chuyên môn, rèn nền nếp học sinh, đóng góp ý kiến xây dựng các nội quy, quy chế của nhà trường.
Hội nghị cũng là dịp để cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên đối thoại dân chủ, cởi mở về những vấn đề quan tâm trong quá trình thực hiện nhiệm vụ. Các ý kiến, kiến nghị được Hiệu trưởng nhà trường trực tiếp tiếp thu, trao đổi và giải đáp trên tinh thần thẳng thắn, cầu thị, trách nhiệm, góp phần tháo gỡ những vướng mắc, tạo sự đồng thuận và thống nhất trong tập thể. Hội nghị đã tiến hành bầu Ban Thanh tra nhân dân và thông qua Nghị quyết Hội nghị năm học 2026–2027.
Năm học 2026–2027 là năm học đầu tiên của Trường THCS Sài Đồng sau sáp nhập, mở ra chặng đường phát triển mới với nhiều cơ hội và yêu cầu mới. Hội nghị không chỉ phát huy quyền làm chủ của mỗi cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên mà còn củng cố tinh thần đoàn kết, tăng cường trách nhiệm và sự gắn kết trong toàn trường.
Với tinh thần Đoàn kết – Dân chủ – Kỷ cương – Trách nhiệm – Đổi mới, tập thể Trường THCS Sài Đồng quyết tâm chung sức, đồng lòng, thực hiện thắng lợi nhiệm vụ năm học, không ngừng nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục và xây dựng nhà trường ngày càng phát triển.

SAI DONG SECONDARY SCHOOL HOLDS THE 2026–2027 ANNUAL STAFF CONFERENCE
On the afternoon of 14th October 2026, Sai Dong Secondary School held the Annual Staff Conference for the 2026–2027 school year, bringing together our school leaders, teachers and staff.
The conference reviewed the school’s achievements during the 2025–2026 school year and reflected on the implementation of the Party’s guidelines and policies, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, the responsibilities of school leaders, and the promotion of democracy within the school. Participants also discussed practical ways to improve teaching and learning, strengthen students’ discipline and daily routines, and contribute to the development of school rules and regulations.
The conference also provided a valuable opportunity for our teachers and staff to share their views and openly discuss issues arising in their daily work. The Board of Management listened carefully to their feedback and suggestions, addressing each matter with openness, respect and a strong sense of responsibility. These constructive discussions helped resolve concerns, build mutual understanding and strengthen unity among our colleagues. The conference also elected the People’s Inspection Board and adopted the Resolution for the 2026–2027 school year.
The 2026–2027 school year marks the first year of Sai Dong Secondary School following the merger, opening a new chapter in our journey with fresh opportunities and new challenges. The conference not only encouraged every member of our school community to take an active role in school affairs but also strengthened our team spirit, sense of responsibility and commitment to working together.
Guided by our shared values of Solidarity – Democracy – Discipline – Responsibility – Innovation, we are committed to working hand in hand to achieve our goals for the school year, continuously improve the quality of teaching and learning, and build an even stronger and more successful Sai Dong Secondary School.
