Sự hợp tác này không chỉ góp phần hiện thực hóa tinh thần đổi mới giáo dục theo Nghị quyết 71 của Bộ Chính trị và Quyết định 96 của UBND TP. Hà Nội, tạo nền tảng về pháp lý và chuyên môn cho công tác thẩm định Đề án tích hợp chương trình giáo dục quốc tế tại Sở GD&ĐT Hà Nội, mà còn là dấu mốc ý nghĩa trong hành trình thực hiện Đề án “Đưa tiếng Anh thành ngôn ngữ thứ hai trong trường học” tại THCS Sài Đồng – một trong 20 trường được Thành phố lựa chọn triển khai.
Buổi ký kết có sự tham dự của đại diện lãnh đạo Cục Hợp tác quốc tế, Cục giáo dục thường xuyên (Bộ GD&ĐT); Ban Giám đốc Sở GD&ĐT Hà Nội; đại diện lãnh đạo các địa phương; Các chuyên gia cấp cao của Tổ chức giáo dục Quốc tế Cambridge; đại diện Tập đoàn giáo dục Atlantic (Atlantic Group) – Đơn vị được Cambridge ủy quyền.
Một dấu mốc mới hôm nay – mở thêm những cơ hội mới cho học sinh THCS Sài Đồng: học tập trong môi trường quốc tế, được tiếp cận học liệu chính thống từ Cambridge, rèn luyện tư duy phản biện, kỹ năng tự học, năng lực ngoại ngữ để tự tin chinh phục các kỳ đánh giá chuẩn hóa toàn cầu và sẵn sàng bước ra thế giới.

SAI DONG SECONDARY SCHOOL – A NEW STEP FORWARD ON THE JOURNEY OF GLOBAL INTEGRATION
This morning, September 8th, 2026, Sai Dong Secondary School was honored to attend and sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Cambridge International Education and its authorized Cambridge Associate, Atlantic Five-Star English, opening up new opportunities for our students to learn, grow, and thrive in a modern, internationally oriented educational environment.
This partnership not only contributes to the implementation of educational innovation in line with Politburo Resolution No. 71 and Decision No. 96 of the Hanoi People’s Committee, providing a strong legal and professional foundation for the appraisal of the International Integrated Education Programme Proposal by the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, but also marks an important milestone in the implementation of the initiative to “Make English a Second Language in Schools” at Sai Dong Secondary School – one of 20 schools selected by the city to participate in the programme.
The signing ceremony was attended by representatives of the Department of International Cooperation and the Department of Continuing Education under the Ministry of Education and Training; leaders of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training; representatives of local authorities; senior experts from Cambridge International Education; and representatives of Atlantic Group, Cambridge’s authorized partner.
Today’s milestone opens new horizons for students at Sai Dong Secondary School – providing opportunities to learn in an international environment, access authentic Cambridge learning resources, develop critical thinking and self-directed learning skills, strengthen English proficiency, confidently undertake internationally recognized assessments, and prepare to step into the wider world.
The school believes that the partnership with Cambridge International Education and its authorized Cambridge Associate, Atlantic Five-Star English, will provide a strong foundation for our students to deepen their knowledge, develop their competencies, build confidence, embrace global opportunities, and shape a bright future.
